A Payment invoice will be emailed once forms are completed.
Please Take Note! You will be Separately invoiced for any additional charges of Required Deposit, Correct Delivery Charge (depending on delivery address) and Any Required Set Up Fee or Load Fee.
There will also be a Credit Card Service Fee added to the order.
