How It Works

Rental Quote System

 

Step 1 - Select Items

 

  • Big, small, or just need a few items, when you find an item you are interested in, add it to your cart.

​

 

Step 2 - View Cart and Check Quantities

​

  • Once you have added rental items to your cart, take the time to review quantities and get everything added.

  • Want to save items for later? Add them to your Wishlist by clicking on this icon next to the Add To Cart button

 

 

Step 3 - Checkout

 

  • During checkout you will then fill out the event details and contact information when you fill out a rental agreement. Once submitted, we will contact you to confirm the date, rental items and send an invoice for you to pay electronically.

Wishlist Tool

 

Want to build a wishlist where you can select event rental items and save them for later? It's convenient and quick!

​

  • Instead of 'Add to Cart' use this icon to add it to your Wishlist.

  • Your Wishlist will be saved in 'My Account' where you can access it at anytime.

  • When you are ready to order items for your event, simply open your Wishlist and add the items to your cart.

​

 

Rental Deposits & Payments

 

Once your order is submitted and we have confirmed your event date details, you will need to make a rental deposit to hold your event or you can pay the full invoice.

​

Deposits:

  • All orders under $500 will have a $150 deposit.

  • All orders over $500 will have a $250 deposit.

  • Rental deposits are returned after the event if all requirements are met. See Rental Agreement for more details.

Additional Charges May Occur:

​

  • A Load Fee will be added to your invoice for tables and chairs or large orders

  • Credit Cards will have a charge of 3% for processing fee

  • Set Up Fee will be added to you invoice if set up is required.

Once an order is received, we will create an invoice and email it to you with view and pay online links.

Cancellations & Refunds

 

Deposits are refundable when cancellations are made 72 hours prior to the rental date. A cancellation fee of 30% will apply.

Changes To Rental Order

​

Customers are responsible for viewing and approving of all info listed on rental order. Orders cannot be altered after they have been packed for delivery.
